How we work

Start predictable. Expand when the process is ready.

We build automation in three tiers. Each tier earns the next.

The three tiers

  1. Tier 1 Start here

    Deterministic orchestration

Fixed, rule-based workflows for the top 3–5 highest-volume ticket types. Every step is defined in advance. Every outcome is predictable.

  2. Tier 2 Add next

    Generative orchestration

A language model handles variable requests, but only against a bounded toolset. It can choose among approved actions. It cannot invent new ones.

  3. Tier 3 Later phase

    Full agentic bot

An agent that plans and acts across systems. Reserved until your process library and audit requirements are mature.

Why this order

Early deployments stay explainable to leadership. When someone asks why a ticket was handled a certain way, there is a clear answer.

Predictability is what first-time AI buyers usually want. Flexibility comes after trust.

Before and after

yb / ticket-flow same ticket, two ways

Before

  1. Ticket arrives
  2. Sits in a shared queue
  3. Waits on tribal knowledge
  4. Resolved when someone gets to it

After

  1. Ticket arrives
  2. Classified by type
  3. Resolved or escalated
    • Resolved automatically
    • Escalated to a person
  4. Logged to the audit trail
The same ticket, handled two ways.

Five build components

  1. Intake

Captures requests from email, forms, Teams, or your ticketing system.

  2. Classification

Identifies the request type and routes it to the right workflow.

  3. Action

Completes the defined service steps in your existing systems.

  4. Human fallback

Hands anything unclear or out of scope to a person, with context attached.

  5. Audit trail

Records every request, decision, and action for review.
